Why soft water
Hard water leaves scale on taps, glass shower doors and the inside of your water heater.
- Less scale on fixtures, kettles and shower glass
- Easier on your water heater, dishwasher and washer
- Soap and shampoo lather better
- The carbon in the tank takes out the chlorine taste and smell

Questions
Do you need to visit my home before I buy?
No. The price is on this page and there is no sales visit. When you book, we ask for two or three photos of the spot where your water line comes into the house. Our plumber checks them so we know the install is standard before we schedule it.
How do you know which size I need?
For city water we size from your household and your town's published water hardness. The standard system suits most homes of one to four people. For larger households or very hard water we use a bigger tank, and we will tell you the price before you book.
What if my plumbing is unusual?
Your price covers a standard install. If the photos show your home needs extra plumbing, we tell you the extra cost before anything is booked. You never find out on install day.
Who does the installation?
A licensed Ontario plumber does every install.
Do you rent or charge a monthly fee?
No. You own the equipment outright. No rental contract, no monthly payment.
What upkeep is there?
Add softener salt to the brine tank when it runs low. The RO drinking water filters are usually changed about once a year, and the carbon in the softener tank wears out before the resin, so it gets refreshed every few years. We can handle both for you.
I have well water. Can you help?
Yes, but well water varies from house to house, so we test it first and quote a system for your water. Choose well water on the form and we will be in touch.
